One is enough!

I felt more alert
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Surprising it works. Think if drinking a cup of coffee without getting the jitters or other side effects of drinking coffee. I used this when I went on a little road trip and I didn't get much sleep the night before. I did feel more alert and aware of my surroundings for a few hours after taking the one recommended pill. I did think this came in a bottle but it is in a package where you push the tablet out.
