My other controller is too busy. This has just what I need and the buttons are where I want them. Only complaint is the location of the sync button but it's easy to get used to. I love that this is powered by the usb cable from the computer. No power brick to plug or deal with. Great controller!

Works amazing, super fun to use. Just don't see it being beneficial in my circumstances, as I am too busy to learn, and lack the care to. Otherwise, it was fun to use and maybe in the future I would buy it again to learn on if I find that desire.

Best entry level controller

I have a DDJ400 and DDJ800 and just got this for my son for his Birthday. Point being I dabble in DJing and am familiar with the brand. I'm still no pro, but this feels like a good successor in the entry level space. Typical solid Pioneer build quality, fun to use, and working with both Serato and Rekordbox is excellent. My son is just getting started but so far he loves it. I don't normally buy from Walmart but everywhere else was sold out... that alone should say something if you're on the fence.
