Customer Service and Support

I purchased a Moen bathroom faucet back in 2002, the faucet started to drip in December 2019 and when I called Moen to advise them of the issue, without hesitation they offered replacement values free of charge. I am a customer for life.

Great Faucet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Moen-Gibson 6145 faucet is a great looking faucet. The matte black finish is easy to keep clean and i think will look new for a long time. It has a very simple modern look. Functions very well and I would highly recommend it.

Love the Matte Finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Moen-Gibson: 6145, Black Matte finish is an impressive faucet that will enhance my bathroom remodel. The kit includes an adapter so the faucet can easily be installed into a 3-hole sink. It was easy to see and feel the quality of this product the minute it was removed from the box.
