Poorly Manufactured
Flushing mechanism in lever arm is based on plastic groves that wear out quickly. Many people have it wear out in a year or two.

Faulty design with plastic arm
The geared end of the plastic arm stripped out in less than 3 months. I see multiple consumers reviews with the same comment. It appears that the spindle end of the lever has metal teeth...therefore the plastic end on the arm stripped out quick. Please replace that part with metal teeth or something compatible!!! All of the Moen trip levers look like they have the same faulty design. What's the point of all the beautifully designed trip lever handles if it wears out in less than 3 months. As an Architect, I won't be specifying these products until this is corrected. -very disappointed now with the 2 installed in my own home.
