Great for slicing and cutting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Evolution, 7" Nakiri Knife, in exchange for my unbiased review of the product. I had been looking for a rectangular knife, that was hefty enough to do the job like a professional knife. But it also had to be light enough, to allow continuous cutting, dicing, and slicing. This accomplishes the task, and then some. It is now my favorite knife in the kitchen. Because it is professionally made, cuts like a charm, and allows me to use it for many cutting/slicing/dicing jobs in the kitchen. Not too big, and fits perfectly in your hand.

Best knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dread chopping vegetables. Loathe it entirely but it's necessary in so many dishes to add flavor. This knife made it a breeze. Even with onions that made me cry. I used it on various veggies and unless it was very wet it didn't stick much at all to the blade. Made the process much faster and my end result was better in my opinion then using previous knives. I can't wait to add more Schmidt knives to my collection.

This is an amazing knife!
