This toy is EXACTLY as described. It's been carried around everywhere and shown off as if it were her first baby. The fairy is magnetic so when the owl is flying in her hands, she doesn't have to hold it on. The other girls got the lion, the horse and another fairy and the owl was so unique and perfect for a Harry Potter fan.

So beautifully detailed and well-designed. The quality is superb - like all our Schleich products. This glam owl is weighty- a solid toy. I didn't realize the fairy is magnetized so she sticks securely to the owl (or not, as she's removable). Very well-thought out and beautiful. My 4yo daughter loves it.

Beautiful fairy and owl

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fairy and her owl friend were Christmas gifts for my daughter. They have become her favorite Schleich toys. The owl is simply beautiful. The fairy is also pretty; many commenters criticized her arm being backwards, but it is not. The arm is backwards when you unbox her, but the arm pivots and can be posed correctly. This is a lovely pair that is heavy, sturdy, and nicely painted. My daughter is enjoying making many stories with them.
