5 rating overall. One area to improve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All experiences are excellent. However, the slickness of the latch assembly seems to need improvement. Sometimes even after careful adjustment the latch seems to release late after opening door. Like hanging up slightly until full standard position. Noticeable when opening door but not regularly.

Classic look and easy install!

We installed this handle on a custom-built door, and it was surprisingly easy to put in even with little experience installing hardware. We're so happy with the quality that we plan to replace our other handles with this brand.

Timeless Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Relieved that the same model is still available. Six other matching doors all keyed the same from 20+ years ago and one recently failed. I was able to buy a new unit and quickly swap out the lock core. Done
