For reasons I do not understand - blade angle? - this razor gives me - BY FAR - the best shave. I have tried many dozens of other (disposable and regular) razors, including other Shick products. For keeping my beard (which grows rapidly) under control nothing else compares.

Smoove Shave Even for Coarse Facial Hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I have gotten older disposable wasn't cutting my coarse facial hairs, which lead me to using a electric razor. I dropped my electric razor and broke it the other morning, so I grabbed the Schick Xtreme 3 razor that came in the mail. I was very surprised that not only did it cut the coarse hair with ease, the Xtreme also gave a smoove clean shave. The Xtreme 3 also has an lubricating strip that has aloe and vitamin E that assists in the smoove shave, while moisturizing your skin with each shave. I will be purchasing the Xtreme 3 inthe future.
