Dosage
Daily supplement use: 0.07 - 0.10 oz (2-3 grams, or about half a teaspoon) of extract mixed with your favorite beverage. Daily Supplement Intense use 0.25 – 0.35 oz (7-10 grams, or about 1.5 – 2.0 teaspoons). Feel free to add your favorite sweetener.

This is one of those items that come highly recommended by the experts in the health and nutrition field. My goal is to build a better immune system and this is one of the tools I am using.
