Sax Watercolor Paper, 18 x 24 Inches, 90 lb, Natural White, 50 Sheets

I've never painted before, so I don't know how water color paper is supposed to react to paint. We used some florescent school paint for kids on it and it seems to puck up a little bit as you were painting. The sheets are kind of 'thin', maybe the thickness of construction paper, but they are extremely large; which we liked very much. It allows for more surface area to paint on and once dried, they'd probably make great pieces of art. I would suggest though if you're going to hang it that you put it in a frame that has a cardboard backing on it, so that the actual canvas has something to rest against. Me and my son took turns creating our own "mini-masterpieces" and were quite proud of our work. I haven't painted since grade school, so it took some creative brushstrokes to get the petals on the flowers to look right, lol. Overall, I would purchase this product in the future. I loved the size of the sheets and the value for the quantity was great!

This bright white paper is a large size and heavy duty. it will do well for multiple craft projects. It's a thicker stock and will keep you from having bleed thru from most water paints or markers. It is a very nice quality and the large sheets could be cut down for smaller projects. Great for my 4-year-old's painting and craft projects.
