the best I have ever tasted and it is extremely hard to find any that has true probiotics ( No Vinegar ) only true fermentation. The texture is spot on and the flavor is not very tangy but that is how I like it. just a little bit . It is packed to the brim and has a little mess at the top from fermentation that pushed it over the top. But I don't care. With the price at an unbelievable low for this quality I am hooked. i get at least 2 to 4 at a time because they rtend to sell out. ( Out Of Stock ) May they always stay in business I pray.

I never thought of the French and sauerkraut, but this is very good. I sauté some sliced onions in butter and add the sauerkraut directly. Other sauerkrauts I would rinse like my dad used to. I have bought 6 more jars
