Terrible experience

Bought caulking sealant specifically labeled as a 12 pack. I purchased a few 12 packs. They were on sale showing approximately $120 per box on the original price then showing a significant discount/ savings. So I decided to buy. But the seller decided to send me individual tubes, thinking that I'm just going to leave it and not say anything. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. They believe they can overcharge a customer and be very manipulative and hen trying to sell the product Do not buy from this seller!
