Easy to take in an off and very stable

I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of installation of this rack. After the first couple of times and watching the installation videos, I'm a pro. I haven't tried to hook 3 bikes on it yet. For 2 it's perfect and I'm hoping I won't have issues with getting a 3rd bike on it. I had to use the bars for the cruiser and the kids bike.

Great service - great product.

I was struggling to find a bike rack for my new Mercedes SUV. Everyone, including Mercedes said that I need to install a tow bar or get a roof rack. Tow bars are very expensive and a roof rack is really expensive and a pain to load and unload the bikes. A friend suggested the Saris Bones. I called them up and with customer support person was fantastic. She had all the answers and knew all the details of my issues with the SUV. She quickly put me at ease and I ordered the Bones EX 3-bike. It arrived a few days later and have been happily biking all over the area since then.
