I drink it daily and my blood pressure is stabilizing and I have noticed that the swelling in my legs is reducing, not sure if it is from the Hibiscus tea or the compression socks or a bit of both items. My 45 y/o son says it tastes very tangy and seems to help hydrate him. He drinks less coffee when there is Hibiscus tea to drink.

Great for hot or cold tea
Santo Remedio Hibiscus tea is a good tea for hot or iced tea. When steeped hot, it has a bright magenta hue and has a slight tangy and floral taste. I am able to steep the tea for two rounds. Hibiscus tea is a good hot beverage for a warm, healthy beverage.
