I was so happy with it, for the first year. Now in year 2 and the top part of the hand slider is hanging on a tread. You cant slide the grip out to fix it. They are so expensive and I feel it should have lasted longer than a year...

I quite like the case overall — it feels nice in the hand and I was really happy with it at first. As someone who tends to break my phones easily, I appreciate that my device hasn't shattered yet. However, there are a few issues; mainly with the strap. It took a while to get used to how to use it, but after the learning curve, it is quite nice to have. However, over time, I found the following: 1. As a stand, it's not very practical because you can't lean the phone back at all, so you need to place it somewhere at eye level for it to be useful. 2. For using the strap, it's a bit awkward as a right-handed person — the loop is too far away to comfortably use one hand on the screen while looping your hand through. 3. After a few uses, the strap tends to stop lying flat and needs to be manually smoothed into place. 4. Finally, and most disappointingly, the strap breaks. After about 4/5 months, the area where the 'S' is carved out is weak. Due to frequent movement, the rubber has worn down and snapped in some places. Currently, my strap is barely hanging on. I would accept this happening further down the line, but for the price, I expect longer than a few months before it starts falling apart. Overall, it's a nice phone case in theory, but the key features are poorly designed, and it feels overpriced for what it offers. On a side note, getting the phone in and out of the case is extremely difficult.
