Water filter nightmare!

You have to be able to turn off your water source to change the water filter. It's a heavy unit and very difficult to tug out. The refrigerator itself is nice. If you are not willing/able to pull the unit out every time, or turn your water off at the source, you need to change the filter, I recommend going with a different company. I will NEVER buy another Samsung appliance.

Ice Maker Stopped Working

I loved the refrigerator until the ice maker stopped working. It worked just fine for about 2 years and then I started hearing a dripping. With a day or 2 the ice maker was no longer working. So I've been without an ice maker for about a year. It wasn't until it broke that I started seeing a lot of bad reviews for Samsung appliances.
