Wanted to upgrade my TV and noticed this TV in a Costco ad. I did some research and found it was the 2nd highest rated TV in Consumer Reports. Went on-line to Costco to order , but they were out of stock for the size I needed. Then went to Walmart online, they had the TV at a better price! Ordered on-line and received it two days early. Picked it up and put it together (very easy). Turned it on and followed the instructions. I have Dish , it synced automatically. Really easy. After I began watching a program I noticed that the picture was dark looking. Searched for a brightness control but couldn't find one in the menu. Getting worried, went to Walmart on-line and found a customer service number, called and a [person answered , WOW. Was referred to tech support, they diagnosed the problem (an eco ....... something) , made a setting change ... a beautiful picture appeared. Very happy with this TV ever since.

So Far, VERY GOOD

I haven't tried all the features out. But so far, easy set-up, and good picture and sound. One complaint is the "simple" remote control. It has volume and channel buttons that look like and act like a simple push button. Took me several days before I realized that they were also toggle up and down buttons. There should be up/down arrows on the remote to indicate that these buttons go up and down, too. Other than the remote buttons, everything else was SUPER

Great Product

This TV replaced an old TV - first generation HD which was not a flat screen. The ease of setup was remarkable. Gone are the days when you bring home a TV, plug it in, and start watching TV. We are senior citizens and had no problem setting up all the features of this TV. The picture is awesome and the User Manual can be accessed from the TV which makes answering questions about features a breeze. The initial setup manual that comes with the TV could have been a little more specific about the use of the remote, but we found our way through the initial setup and with the help of the User Manual on the TV we accessed all of the features that were important to us. Adding the DVD player was also very easy - plug it in to the correct port and the system recognized it immediately. We are very happy with this product.
