Product Title Ambiguous to Trick Buyers
The product description is deceiving. The product is used, but the product description and title never clearly state that. The only indications that the phones are used is that the very end of the long title says "excellent," instead of saying "excellent condition," and if you scroll through the product details enough, it briefly mentions that the product should have little flaws. Neither time does it clearly state that the phones are second-hand, and I can only assume that this was intentional to rip customers off. Samsung's website sells these phones brand new for only $5 more. Many people would spend the extra $5 to ensure that they are not getting a phone somebody abused previously. My phone thankfully seems to be fine, but I would not have risked buying this if I had known that this was second hand.
