i never received this item ... it sat at the fedex until i asked for a refund. Then, as soon as that got started, they sent the phone back .... It seemed suspicious that I couldn't get the phone, but as soon as i started the refund, they had the phone sent back to them asap ... do not recommend this seller ... seemed fishy
