Misleading Sale – Used Phone Sold as New

Creo Distributions LLC is dishonest. The phone was advertised as new, but it arrived with a broken seal. When I contacted them, they claimed the seal had only been broken to “ensure the product wasn't damaged in shipping.” However, after checking the phone's settings, I discovered it had been activated over two years ago and had logged more than 2,700 call hours. That is not new. Misleading customers and covering it up with excuses is unacceptable.

CAUTION!! This is not a new phone. What I got was a used phone that had damage in stylus and even the box was worn out. The model number I ordered was not even the same as model number in the phone. This seller is not explicitly mentioning that it's refurbished!
