Pre-Owned Samsung Galaxy S21 5G 128GB Fully Unlocked Phantom Violet (LCD SHADOW) (Good)

This is my first time buying a used smartphone, so I don't have mich of a frame of reference for this kind of purchase. That being said... The good: Shipping was fast and thr packing materials in the package were sufficient. I normally don't take that into consideration, but with more sensitive electronics, it's a detail I appreciate. The seller packaged the phone with return instructions, as well a sa complimentary USB-A fast charge power brick and A-to-C cable. The phone's chassis was also relatively minor, though that's a moot point with the phone case I have on. Points of improvement: There's really only two issues I had with the phone. The one thay bothered me the least was the display. It feels like there was some burn-in issues, because the bottom ⅔ of the screen displays a little more purple/red while displaying white. As the ossues doesn't carry over much - if at all - to other colors, it's not a huge issue. The one thing I will say I had an issue with was the adhesive work on the back panel. I I anticipate phones like these to run hot when they're under heavy use, but I was surprised when the back of the phone started to come off the first night I had it. I anticipate the battery running hot might be part of the issue, but I feel a stronger adhesive should be used when they're refurbishing their phones. I did remedy the problem with a few dabs of super glue, so I feel this wasn't a major issue personally, but I can see how others might see it as a detriment to their experience.

I did buy it used it was stated that it was good condition and I bought two of them actually the first one was very nice clean the second one very dirty scratched up with hair on it.
