Great product this is the third one I have owned in the 20 years that I have needed to use them this particular time it came delivery on time the quality of the product is still the same as it has been for 20 years absolutely perfect best crapper that I have used and ever seen and I have seen 12 different types of brands and use them I highly recommend this! It's the only one that I've found that can pick up a 12 lb purse and not even flinch! I had one that was made for cabinets to pick up glasses in a bent on the first glass. strongly recommend this product
