I have purchased these several times! They are absolutely some of the best scallops I've purchased. Thaw them first sear them in butterā¦ lemon pepper and crystal lemon. Just a couple minutes on each side so they don't get rubbery. Delicious. Though pricey you are getting fresh nice scallops.
