THAW: 1. Remove fillets from vacuum wrap and place into plastic bag. 2. Place plastic bag in refrigerator until fillets are thawed. BAKE: Preheat oven to 450 F. 2. Cook 8-11 minutes. BROIL: 1. Turn oven to broil. 2. Place fish onto oiled baking sheet. 3. Cook 6-8 minutes. SKILLET: Cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes. GRILL 1. preheat grill to medium. 2. Cook 12-16 minutes.

This was my first time purchasing this frozen snapper fish. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The smell was fresh and not fishy. When thawed, the fish pieces were nice and proportionally sized. I panned seared them, and they cooked up very well. I definitely will purchase again.

I didn't notice if they were farm raised, but I think not. They were not packed in salt water like so much of the seafood is these days. They are a mild flavorful fish, easy to cook.
