How do you turn it on, I got one for my daughter and we just put the batteries in and it say touch the on off button and we touched the finger and still not working ,

Very bright not a soft glow

I got one for my birthday and I'm going to sell it. Put it next to your bed to sleep they say...ha! It is so bright not a soft glow I can't even look at it it's so bright.
