Seamless directions and very easy to use. My nails last 2 weeks or more and that's if a nail lift I add a smidgen of Kiss nail glue and viola I'm done! I also let my nails breathe per directions after my nail change. This is self care at a fraction of the cost of having my nails done. Awesome product!!
