I really feel it has helped.
I tried this on a whim. I have worked in healthcare my whole career and washed my hands millions of times. While I have been able to keep my hands pretty hydrated, my nails have been another story. I have seen an improvement over the last few weeks and with nothing else changing nailwise, I believe this is the reason. Pleasant smell, mostly fun experience. It is a little hard to get even coverage with the applicator but not enough of an issue for me to stop using. I would encourage anyone to try and see it it helps
