Not able to return

I ordered several dresses, and need to return a few for fit reasons. The platform on the site that one is directed to does not work at all. I contacted the company via email 3 times and via Facebook, with no response. There is no phone number to call. Returns are supposed to be free, but to mail these back myself it will cost $12._x000D_
