Good traction and quiet,

I had this set of 4 mounted and balanced at my favorite tire store just a couple weeks before our first snow here in Minnesota. I could tell the technician that mounted these thought well of them even though I did not purchase them there. Tire installer will comment on how much balance weight a tire needed if anything was excessive. These are not the same as the last set of tires on the car but the tread design "All Season" is very similar. I buy All Season tires for price, mileage warranty, and tire sipes, like you see on winter tires. No law says an all season tire needs a few sipes so manufactures will go cheap and make and sell them without siping because many people don't know. These affordable and grippy SH408 tires wouldn't be the same without tread sipes. This is the day to write this review because the tires passed another important test this morning. Our small car is low to the ground and my wife got to the main road okay after about 5" had not been plowed from the neighborhood streets yet. We drive the small car and leave the SUV sit in the driveway. I am sorry if they jack the price after getting a good review.

Hot these delivered to a friends house at his request and he was pretty impressed. He said they were really good tires for the price. i got them mounted at walmart and i couldnt believe how cheap it was to mount, balance and removal of old tires. It was so cheap i upgraded to a package deal. No complaints whatsoever. highly recommend
