Have used a few brands of carpet tape, and so far this seems to be one of the better ones. Yes it is a little sticky to cut but it's ability to stick throw rugs down to a hardwood floor is superb. After having people falling on slipping or bunched up rugs, it's well worth it.

Actually purchased this thinking it was a different type of tape… however, I kept it because there are so many different uses for it! Quality is excellent! No need for scissors to cut! Two factors that I value beyond any expectations are: It just tears so easily by hand which makes it surpass millions of other brands! And peeling the top layer is so easy! Almost every other double sided tape I've used is seemingly impossible to separate to the point I just give up or it takes too long to get it peeled it's not worth my time! But this one is ridiculously easy while still having excellent results keeping my carpets in place or keeping whatever I'm using it for together! I appreciate these factors infinitely! The ease of use for my carpet staying in place on my floor is beyond valuable!
