Works Better Than Any Other Cough Syrup We've Bought. And We've Bought Alot A Cougu Syrup, Due To Bronchaibis,And An Infection Running Rapidly In Our Home For 3 Months. It Didn't Disapponite!!. Didn't Raise Blood Pressure Or Glucose Levels., And Taste Not Bad According To My Husband Lol.

Very diabetic friendly
I had been really struggling getting over an upper respiratory infection. This cough syrup made it a lot more bearable. The flavor is out standing. SO much better than the other sugar free syrup I was using. (which almost made me gag) Taking this helped ease the congestion an allowed me to get some sleep while I was sick. Would highly recommend this product.

Great for cough!
I was experiencing a terrible cough and congestion. I tried my usual go to's but I wasn't feeling better. I have minor heart issues so watch what I take. I found Safe tussin and decided to try it. I was happy I did. It helped me right away and I was not drowsy at all! I have been recommending it to my family and friends. Great taste as well. Love it!
