I have tried many hummus recipes and thought I hated hummus. But, one time I tried Sabra, thinking the same, I decided to go ahead and try one more time with the roasted red pepper. Now, every once in a while, I will get the Greek style pita and a container of this for a healthy snack. I really like the taste and texture a lot.

I let a teenager try hummus for the first time (he was curious, and I had extra carrots), and the only complaint he had was the carrot taste of the carrot. The teen loved the hummus. Could not enjoy it more, and I have spread the love to another.
