Since starting the Ashwagandha Gummies I have noticed a change in my stress levels.Its a small gummy, it does not actually taste like the cherry flavor it states. Thats my only real complaint, I have never seen or heard of the SUPPZAAR brand, but its seems to be a good brand. i highly recommend these.

Good Ashwagandha Supplement
I like taking Ashwagandha supplements as I've found that they do help me be more calm, less stressed, more focused and even give me a boost of energy. I really like the added vitamin D and zinc in these as well as that they are gelatin free, fructose free as well as allergy safe. These are easy to chew, and you only need one daily, and they taste good.

Love the benefits
I first stumbled upon ashwaganda when I was looking for natural ways to help me relax and help with anxiety and stress. These gummies are easy to chew, they don't taste bad like so many other ashwaganda gummies that I've tried. They are cherry flavored and not hard to chew. I love that it's all vegan and non GMO. Plus it comes in 750 MG of ashwaganda which I love. It comes with 60 gummies so that's 2 months worth if you take the one a day suggested amount. Very good deal for ashwaganda gummies! I received this product for free for my honest opinion and review and recommend it!
