Wait for flying insects to land before treating. Hold the bug spray bottle upright and about 12 inches from the target insects. Point the spray opening toward the bugs and pull the trigger 2-3 times to kill them. Repeat as necessary.You can use this product on insects wherever they may hang out, indoors or outdoors. Don't apply this product to surfaces on which food is stored, prepared, or eaten. THIS PRODUCT KILLS THE FOLLOWING BUGS: German Roaches, American Roaches, Argentine Ants, Pharaoh Ants, Carpenter Ants, Confused Flour Beetles, Black Carpet Beetles, Rice Weevils, Cellar Spiders, Houseflies, Gnats, and Mosquitoes.A NOTE ON SURFACES: This product may make floors slippery. To avoid possible injury from slips/falls or staining, after use, wipe away excess liquid after application with a cloth and clean with soapy water until the surface is not slippery. STEM the bug killer

STEM works very well. It kills all types of bugs. I had a problem with carpet beetles and STEM killed them instantly. The only problem is that this product has a faint unpleasant order. However my husband disagrees and says he can not smell it. Either way a little ventilation is well worth this small inconvenience for this very effective bug killer.
