Objectivley, it's tough to conclude if a single supplement contributes all that much to the continually-slowing muscle gains of an advanced lifter. Anecdotally, though, there is some evidence to say that this supplement does its job. I took a capsule ~1 hour before a workout, and the pump I got was bonkers. The muscle groups I was working got hard as a brick. This is a sure sign that the supplement does its job in delivering blood flow to muscles.

This product really works as described! I see a big difference when i use it. It's one of the supplements that actually works.
