It is of a sweat-pants material which I was after but ad picture could be misleading because it appears to be of a different material given the design that is like a more dressy material. As an active retiree that separates what I feel to be dressier-type trips of more neatness from around-home house cleaning calling for sweats, I would be fine with wearing for a nearby early Walmart/grocery store weekday run when jeans or Khaki pants are not necessary!
