Works well so far. I can definitely tell a difference after I take them off. I've only used them for walking. They really remind me to pick my feet up higher while walking. I'm almost 72 and find myself dragging my feet. When I take them off, I find myself walking mindfully and not dragging my feet or stumbling.

SPRI 2.5 ankle weights made a big difference!
I got some 2.5 ankle weights. To tell you the truth, I doubted they would Make a difference. Boy, was I wrong! I had the best workout and they Didn't slip, they were very secure and comfortable! I am going to buy Another set for my husband. Thank you, after the pandemic isolation, I Needed something to jump start my workout.....I found thebperfect thing I am so happy with this purchase!

Just the right weight
If you want to add a little effort to your work out, these ankle weights are just right for the job. They are lightweight and easy to put on, and can be used for various toning exercises. They are small enough that you could wear them under a pair of loose pants while you're running errands or even at the office.
