This was my first N/A spirit, so I don't really know how it compares to others. All I can say is it does not taste like bouron. It is like a smoky honey water, very thin without the thickness and richness of a bourbon or whiskey. I expected it would not have the burn of alcohol, but the flavor and texture could be closer.
