hands down the best straightener i have ever had. i have mixed hair as i am African American and i went from taking 2 1/2-3 hrs to straighten my hair with my flat iron so i went a bought a brush straightener but it was actually quite large so i could only get majority of my hair with it which took about an hr to do then id have to touch the root areas up with my flat iron .. needless to say i went digging for a smaller straightener and came across this bad boy. let me tell you what . this thing heats up FAST to 460° and it took me literally 15 minutes to straighten my hair with this !! and guess what else... NO HAVING TO RESORT BACK TO THE FLAT IRON BECAUSE MY ROOTS ARE JUST AS STRAIGHT. highly recommend especially if you have really springy curly hair like i do! id give it 10 stars if i could!!

Best Hair Tool Ever Made!
I don't know where this was at when I was in high school but I definitely surely would have needed this back then. I'm a 26 year old single mom with two toddler boys and this cut my time literally less than half. It took me 20 minutes to run through my hair. Didn't have to pull my hair to get into my roots. It didn't straighten it all the way, but it makes it manageable. I wouldn't say this is too lazy, but it's just right for me! It didn't burn my scalp and it is a time saver. This is meant for touch ups when you are on the go! I love this and will use this for now on, on the days I don't have to wash my hair. Wouldn't recommend this after washing your hair would recommend using a regular flat iron to get into your roots, but after and before your hair wash days, this is a must!
