yes it's a “lotion”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was confused by this product but I used it religiously for more than a month and while it doesn't appear lotion like to me, it's working wonders on my face so I won't question it! I've used every last drop and plan to purchase more. My skin has never looked better!

It doesn't burn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy that this toner it is alcohol-free. Usually after cleaning my face burn bit because of alcohol in Toners but This one left my face feeling fresh and Clean . I would definitely will repurchase. I have only used this product for 2 days but left my face looking Radiant .
