Shifaa Nutrition Double Strength Wild-Caught Omega-3 Fish Oil with 480mg DHA, 720mg EPA – Supports Heart, Brain & Joint Health

I have noticed no adverse side effects from taking these capsules. There was no after taste or belching of fish taste. The capsules are a tad on the larger side, however I feel most fish oil capsules are a tad on the larger side. They still went down well even still.

I take fish oil capsules each day as a preventative heart health measure. I wanted to compare these Shifaa Nutrition Super Omegas to the store brand I typically take. * the capsules are the same size and look basically identical * each Shifaa capsule contains 1000 mg of fish oil concentrate; each capsule of the store brand contains the same * each Shifaa capsule contains 360mg of EPA and 240mg of DHA; each capspulre of the store brand 260mg of EPA and DHA combined (not broken down). So, Shifaa appears to contain more EPA/DHA than the store brand. If you notice that my amounts of ingredients here differ from the infographic, it's just because they recommend a 2-capsule dose and I'm giving you a per-pill breakdown to compare Shifaa to store brand. I did not notice a fishy aftertaste. As far as swallowing, these were just a typical capsule.
