To trick my cat into eating dry food, I would mix Sheba with it. I used to get the pate version but gravy is easier to mix and clean afterwards. I mix half a container (or half a serving) of Sheba per meal. I tried expensive dry food only, but my cat doesn't want it. Going fully wet food is too expensive. So the compromise is half and half, and Sheba is pretty affordable compared to other brands.

I offered multiple different foods for my ragdoll cat to try over a few weeks by trying different brands at mealtime. This was the only brand he chose to finish every time. He loves it, I checked the nutritional values and it's comparable to similar brands. Apparently crude protein is good for them, but I'm still not 100% convinced. This food smells like bacon and vitamin B, lol.
