AWESOME faucet!
I have nothing but GOOD things to say about this faucet! The touch feature is absolutely AMAZING! You will DEFINITELY appreciate this feature when you're cooking. And you have stuff on your hands. And don't want to grab the handle to turn on the faucet. Don't be concerned by the description of "bar/prep" faucet. It is the SAME as it's big brother (the Pivotal 9193T-DST). The ONLY difference is the height! The height of this faucet is 14 3/4". The other faucet is 16". Depending on where you're installing this faucet will determine this factor. If you're installing the faucet on your kitchen island. Height may not be a factor. But if you're installing the faucet on your regular sink. This faucet should not interfere with your counter space. The touch feature will ONLY work, if the faucet handle is left in the on position. Also, it has a spray/flow mode. You must press the button BEHIND the pulldown. In order to switch between the two modes. The soap dispenser container is HUGE. It will hold a LOT of dishwashing liquid. Although it may be a bit inconvenient to refill. Due to it's location under the sink. And the "optional A/C adapter" will require an outlet installed UNDER the sink. Unless you've already had that installed, you will have to settle for using the battery option. The Arctic Stainless faucet will DEFINITELY match most sinks. Unless you're a handyman (or woman), you will NEED a plumber to install this faucet. And you will need two people as well. One person to hold it in place at the top, while the other is screwing the bolt under the bottom!

BROKEN SPRAY BUTTON
The button to go from stream to spray is impossible to get to work. It is very frustrating that you have to turn off faucet and use a towel to put enough pressure on button to make it work. How do I get it replaced?? Thank you
