I was really in the store to get a pack of highlighters when I passed by the display and decided to check these out. I couldn't believe how smooth it felt. I typically use a Uni Fine Line 0.4 but this one felt smoother... like it just glides across the paper. No idea how long the ink will last but for now I'm super happy with it.

TRU RED Quick Dry Gel pens
TRU RED gel pens are excellent pens that I try to always reach for when I leave my home. It is smooth to write with. The only smear was my fault otherwise the quick dry ink delivers on its claim. The pen was priced to match other gel pens that I always purchase. I am loyal customer and once you earn my loyalty I always look for that product line when I need a product. These pens will be on my always look for this product and if TRU RED offers other items I need I will consider trying them based on the performance of these pens. I trust products sold in Staples and my individual taste may not always agree with Staples but I am willing to try and have not been disappointed yet. I recommend these pens on basis of quality of writing quality of ink to not smear in normal use and in price point.
