Texas Speed 6.2L LT1 Stage 1 Camshaft V2 Fits 2014-2021 6.2L Gen V LT1 Engines Specs: 222/236 .610"/.610" 113 LSA, +32% Fuel Lobe Texas Speed's LT1 Stage 1 V2 camshaft is a great choice for the enthusiast looking for a large jump in horsepower without sacrificing driveability. It will have a nice lope at idle but nothing too aggressive for a daily driver. Despite it's mild size, this camshaft picked up 89 horsepower over the stock LT1 camshaft in Texas Speed's dyno testing. Each Gen 5 camshaft Texas Speed offers will require the use of a phaser limiter kit. The phaser limiter restricts the range of cam timing movement. This modification provides the necessary valve clearance for performance camshafts with added duration and tighter lobe separations. NOTE: The Stage 1 LT1 camshaft requires a DOD/AFM lifter delete, and a VVT Phaser limiter block is necessary to maintain proper piston to valve clearance. The +32% fuel lobe will require the use of a lash cap (included with camshaft). Our kit options eliminate guesswork when choosing components for your installation: Camshaft Only: Includes only the Texas Speed LT1 Stage 1 Camshaft by itself (please remember a valve spring upgrade and a phaser limiter are necessary for installation). Camshaft with Spring Kit: Includes Texas Speed LT1 Stage 1 Camshaft, plus TSP LT1 Dual .660" Spring kit with Polished PAC springs, Titanium retainers, and Valve Seals with integrated Spring Seats (reuses your factory valve locks). Pushrod Upgrade: Highly recommended when installing an aftermarket camshaft and springs. Our Gen V pushrod kit includes beefy 3/8" diameter, 7.850" long chromoly pushrods (brand may vary based on availability). Phaser Limiter Option: Includes a 0* Phaser limiter block.
