ACT Dry Mouth Lozenges are a lifesaver to me (not to be confused with Lifesaver candy). I take a lot of medications that give me dry mouth. I was drinking a lot of liquid during the day to quench my thirst. It turned into a dangerous amount - 84 oz. or more. My sodium level dropped to a dangerous low. I tried the ACT lozenges when thirsty instead of guzzling water. They’re very refreshing and actually do the trick. I can hold off drinking liquid for awhile.

Never leave home without these ACT lozenges! The mint flavored ones are refreshing without being overwhelming. I have chronic dry mouth which can make it extremely difficult to speak publicly or even carry on a conversation!
