Have owned this microwave a little less than one month, no problems, simple to use. Would be nice if the various manufacturers would standardize the wall mount/cabinet mounting brackets and layout for keeping the location of the holes drilled thru the underside of the cabinet in the same location. I have installed 3 different microwaves in the same location - the underside of my upper cabinet is staring to look like Swiss cheese!
