I love this flavor I make it in my smoothies to give it a little kick and sugar free and you can take sugar free cool whip and mix in a box of the pudding mix but it has to thawed in frig then mix in pudding mix you can eat as is or put in freezer to be more like ice cream.

I have not used this mix for regular pudding just yet, but I do use it to make Keto Icecream and it tastes like heaven. Mock Vanilla Keto icecream: 1/2 cup strawberry protein shake 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 tbls zero sugar pudding mix 4oz. cream cheese 1/4 cup water (optional) almond and vanilla to taste Thank me later!

Super Salty like all Jello Pudding.
This does have a cheesecake flavor but not like homemade baked cheese cake more like the instant cheesecake pie filling which I believe is also made by Jello. I would love this stuff if it weren't so salty. It's really really salty leaving an unpleasant taste in my mouth. I also find this weird because the instant cheesecake pie filling isn't this salty. What's up with that?
