Cannot adjust for stud location

The mount itself is good quality however, it does not allow for any horizontal movement after mounting to compensate for where the stud location is vs where you want your tv. We had to place the tv off center on the wall simply becasue that's where the stud was. I recommend purchasing the mounts that have the "hook" type brackets that attach to the tv and the wall mount plates that allow for lateral movement of the tv after the tv is hooked onto it. This way, you get your tv where you want it regarless of the stud's location.
