RV exstension cord, cut by the lawn mower. The kit would work with a four wire cord. Mine only had three ten gauge wires. I was impressed that the the heat shrink tube has a built in adhesive that forms a very strong bond to seal out water and prevent the seperation of the wires even though they are securely held in place by screws in the copper conectors inside the tube. The instructions did not advise to clean the exterior of the cord. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
